Dual Degree Program with the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield/Great Britain (M.Sc./MBA)
As an IBSA student, you can start your core modules at the IGC in Bremen and spend the second term of your studies in Hatfield, Great Britain, in order to specialize in Human Resource Management. The University of Hertfordshire was voted one of the “top 100 most international universities in the world." Study there and profit from the international business networks the university has built over the years.
It is increasingly recognized that employees are key to an organization's competitive advantage – multinational companies need to hire the right people and engage and develop them appropriately. One of the research strengths of the University of Hertfordshire's faculty is in the international and comparative aspects of the strategic management of people. Drawing on this expertise, the specialization allows students to develop the necessary knowledge and skills to prepare them for careers in both human resource and general management in organizations that operate on a global level. The business school is an approved center for the UK’s human resource professional body, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
The University of Hertfordshire is located in Hatfield, which is 30 Minutes from London. Hatfield combines UK's benefits: the lovely countryside and everything a city like London has to offer.
